Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you receive products from Vibe Lounge online that do not meet your expectations, please return the unused within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not refund shipping fees. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account when you mail them back to us.

Please note: gift cards are are non-refundable or transferable. Sale items, supplements, and clothing are final sale.

To Request a Refund:

1. Email info@vibelounge.ca with the following information so that we can process your return as soon as possible.

2. A Vibe Lounge Associate will contact you within 2 business days.

3. Pack your products into a box with the original packing slip and affix a return label to the the front before dropping off at your local carrier for shipment.

Please allow up to 14 business days for returns processing once your return has been received at the warehouse.
