This is not a quick fix. It's a complete reset that helps you get stronger, leaner, and more energized. Over 90 days, you’ll follow a proven system that includes strength training, Pilates, cardio, nutrition, and habit coaching to create lasting change.

You will build muscle, reduce body fat, and gain confidence that carries into every area of your life. The routines, mindset, and habits you develop during this program become part of your lifestyle. The transformation doesn't end after 90 days. It stays with you.

What’s included?

  • The 90-day transformation includes 3 workout sessions every week, for 12 weeks.

    Choose between private sessions and group classes when signing up.

  • The 90-day transformation includes an initial consultation during which you will meet with a Vibe Lounge personal trainer to discuss your goals and create a game plan for the upcoming 12 weeks.

    Once you sign up, you will receive a link to our consultation form. Please make sure to fill it out before coming in so your trainer can prepare recommendations.

    During the consultation, you will create a workout schedule and create a plan which includes:

    • Habit tracking in the Vibe Lounge app

    • Progress tracking in the Vibe Lounge app (progress photos, weight, strength, etc.)

  • The 90-day transformation includes 2 habit coaching sessions, which we recommend booking monthly to meet with a Vibe Lounge trainer to review your progress and make adjustments if necessary.

  • The 90-day transformation includes access to the Vibe Lounge app, which you will use to track your progress.

    This is where we will track your habits, your weight, progress photos, and strength.

  • The 90-day transformation includes a Vibe Lounge hoodie, four pairs of Pilates socks, and a Vibe Lounge mini tote. You will receive them during your initial consultation.

  • Expect to feel stronger, leaner, and more energized. Most clients notice improved muscle tone, better posture, and a significant boost in confidence. You'll also build habits that stick—so your results last long after the 90 days are up.

  • You’ll need to dedicate 3–5 hours a week to your workouts and 10–15 minutes a day to simple habit and/or nutrition check-ins. Everything is designed to fit into a busy schedule.

  • Life happens. We’ve built flexibility into the program so you can stay consistent even with a busy schedule. You’ll have support, structure, and a plan to stay on track wherever you are.

    The program can be extended by up to 30 days.

  • Yes, many clients choose to continue. We’ll reassess your goals and help you build on your progress with even more personalized guidance.

  • We don’t provide a set meal plan, because true transformation doesn’t come from following someone else’s template. Instead, we teach you how to build long-term nutrition habits that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. You’ll learn how to make confident food choices that feel good, fuel your body, and last well beyond 90 days.
