Once you book your first session, you’ll receive a link to our consultation form within 24 hours. This form helps us get to know you—your goals, any injuries or limitations, your training experience, lifestyle habits, and availability. The more we know, the better we can tailor your program to fit your needs. From there, your trainer will review your responses and design your first session to set you up for success right from the start.

Vibe Lounge private training sessions are one hour.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, a session from your package will be used. To avoid losing a session, please provide written cancellation/reschedule notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or cancel online. All our services are prepaid. If you do not have prepaid sessions, we cannot reserve a time for you.

We recommend bringing your own water bottle and a pair of clean gym shoes. We provide towels. Water is available to purchase.

That depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients see great results training 2–3 times per week consistently. If you're just getting started, we may begin with fewer sessions and gradually build up. For those with more specific goals—like fat loss, strength building, or event prep—we'll recommend a customized plan that includes the right mix of personal training, independent workouts, and recovery.
