Intro Offer: What’s included

We start by reviewing the intake form you’ll fill out before coming in. From there, we build your game plan together: how often you’ll train, what habits to focus on, and how we’ll track your progress. We finish with a movement assessment so we understand how your body moves before we ask it to do anything.
Wear workout clothes and bring water. We’re a shoes-off studio. If you’d prefer to train in shoes, bring a clean pair of indoor shoes.

One-on-one sessions with your personal trainer, designed around your goals, your body, and what came out of your assessment. No generic programs, every session is built for you.
Sessions may include mat, chair, or reformer Pilates, mobility work, strength training, compression therapy, or a combination.

Between sessions, you’re not on your own. Your trainer builds your programming in our app so you know exactly what to do on your off days. We track your habits, check in on your progress, and adjust as you go.

Once you purchase, you’ll receive a link to your intake form within 24 hours. Fill it out before your first appointment, it helps us understand your goals, history, and lifestyle so we can make the most of your time. Once you fill out the consultation form, we will contact you to book your Consultation & Movement Assessment.
Your first appointment is your consultation and movement assessment, which is included in the offer. From there, your trainer will design your sessions around what we find.

That depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level, and it’s one of the things we’ll figure out together during your consultation.
Most clients see consistent results training 2–3 times per week. If you’re just getting started, we’ll build up gradually. For more specific goals like fat loss, strength, or event prep, we’ll design a plan that includes the right mix of private sessions, independent workouts, and recovery.

It’s a 1-hour appointment with your trainer, the foundation for everything that follows. We review your intake form together, build your training game plan (frequency, habits, off-day programming), and then do a movement assessment to see how your body moves. Depending on your goals, this may include a functional movement screen and assessments for strength, flexibility, or cardiovascular fitness.

Your trainer builds your program in our coaching app so you know exactly what to do between sessions. This includes workout programming for your off days, habit tracking (things like water intake, daily steps, sleep), and regular check-ins. You’ll have 8 weeks of coaching included in the intro offer.

All private training sessions are 1 hour. The consultation and movement assessment is also 1 hour.

Yes. The intro offer is designed for anyone starting out. The consultation and movement assessment means we understand exactly where you’re starting from before we ask you to do anything. We’ve worked with clients at every level, from people who haven’t exercised in years to competitive athletes.

At the end of your intro offer, your trainer will recommend the best path forward based on your progress and goals.
Your online coaching can also continue separately, we’ll discuss options with you.

Yes. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing a session from your package. You can cancel or reschedule online, or reach us directly. All sessions are prepaid. If you don’t have sessions on account, we can’t hold a time for you.
