Strength training designed to build muscle, increase bone density, and produce changes that last.
Consistent strength training does more than build muscle. It increases bone density, supports hormonal health, and produces changes that develop over months, not just weeks.
At Vibe Lounge, private sessions are designed around progressive overload, so your body continues to adapt and improve over time. Your trainer builds your program around your goals and adjusts it as you progress.
-
Reformer, mat, and chair Pilates designed to build core strength and improve how your body moves.
Core strength and mobility are foundational to how your body moves. At Vibe Lounge, all trainers are certified in Pilates, so private sessions can include reformer, mat, or chair work alongside strength training. Classical Pilates targets the deep stabilizing muscles of the spine and hips, improving body awareness and movement quality.
-
Build Strength and Confidence Before, During, and After Pregnancy.
In private training, you work with a personal trainer on a program designed specifically for your body, your pregnancy, and your goals.
-
Resistance training designed to change your body composition through consistency, accountability, and measurable progress.
Body composition change requires more than effort. It requires a consistent program, progressive overload, and a trainer who tracks your progress and adjusts your plan. In personal training at Vibe Lounge, your lifts are tracked session to session and the habits that support your goals are built into your program through the Vibe Lounge app.
