Group classes are designed to deliver results, whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, tone your body, or lose weight. Each class has a specific focus so you can train with intention and see real progress.

With only four participants per class, you get expert coaching and personalized attention to ensure proper form and steady progress.

Class Schedule

  • Our classes can accommodate up to 4 participants.

  • We recommend bringing your own water bottle and a pair of clean gym shoes. We provide towels. Water is available to purchase.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled class. To cancel or reschedule, go to the confirmation email you received and click on “Change/Cancel Appointment” or email the studio at info@vibelounge.ca

  • With regular attendance, you will feel stronger, leaner and more confident. If you have a specific goal you need help with, we recommend booking a consultation or a habit coaching session with your trainer.
