  • Get your cardio done! Core Intervals is a high-energy class that combines core exercises with sprint intervals.

    Build a strong core through every movement of the spine to improve posture and enhance stability.

    The class ends with six 30-second sprints on your choice of cardio machine (bike, rower, or treadmill) to boost cardiovascular fitness, increase metabolism, and build endurance.

    We recommend doing this workout once a week to support longevity and cardiovascular health.

  • Strengthening your core isn't just about getting those coveted six-pack abs. A strong core enhances your posture, stability, and overall functional fitness. Your trainer will guide you through an array of effective core exercises that target all aspects of your abdominal muscles.

  • The class crescendos with an exciting sprint session on the cardio machines. Six 30-second sprints, each separated by 60-90 seconds of active rest, will test your speed, power, and determination. This high-intensity finisher will leave you feeling accomplished and revitalized.
