Core Intervals
about this class
-
Cardio and core, in one session.
Core Intervals is a high-energy class that combines rebounder cardio with reformer core exercises.
The rebounder delivers low-impact cardio that also supports lymphatic flow, easier on your joints than running while still getting your heart rate up. Then the work shifts to the reformer, where you build a strong core through every movement of the spine to improve posture and enhance stability.
-
Strengthening your core isn't just about getting those coveted six-pack abs. A strong core enhances your posture, stability, and overall functional fitness.
Your trainer will guide you through an array of effective core exercises that target all aspects of your abdominal muscles.

Melissa puts on a class that challenges the muscles (including the ones I forgot about!) while ensuring proper form. My abs and glutes are feeling it the day after. The studio is fantastic and lives up to its name - I highly recommend checking it out!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. The entire staff exudes the absolute best energy, make you feel so welcome, and challenge you to give your absolute all during the workout. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and pay very close attention to your form and progress which I appreciate so much.
I walk out feeling like I’ve had the best workout every time. Worth every penny and will continue to recommend to everyone I know! -
This is hands down the best fitness space in Vancouver! I started joining the small group training classes called Just Glutes after my best friend recommended I try out them out with the trainer Sandrine.
Sandrine and the team of Vibe trainers are so well-versed in their areas of expertise and are always providing the best tips during and after your training session. Additionally, they are always on the pulse with the latest health trends and offer the best goodies in their small in-studio shop.
What makes Vibe so unique (amongst many, many things) is that their team makes a huge effort to create a space and community that feels welcoming and inclusive. They make you feel like a balance life and a positive relationship with your health is very much achievable, regardless of your fitness levels. Simply put: they make fitness approachable and something that is for everybody.
I always classes leave feeling stronger, more confident, and already excited about my next scheduled class.

We recommend bringing your own water bottle and a pair of grip socks. Shoes are optional, and if you prefer to train in shoes, bring a clean pair of indoor trainers. We're a shoes-off studio.

Once you purchase, you'll get access to our booking system where you can browse the full class schedule and reserve your 3 classes. Pick any combination of classes that interests you: Reformer Sculpt, Full Body, Just Glutes, Just Arms, or any other class on the schedule. Show up a few minutes early for your first class so your instructor can welcome you and walk you through the setup.
-
Absolutely. Most of our intro offer clients are trying group Pilates or strength training for the first time. Our classes are designed to be approachable for all levels, and with a maximum of 4 people per class, your instructor has the space to guide you through every movement and modify where needed. You don't need to "get in shape" before coming in, that's what we're here for.
-
With regular attendance, you will feel stronger, leaner and more confident. If you have a specific goal you need help with, we recommend booking a consultation or a habit coaching session with your trainer.
-
Once you've used your 3 classes, you can continue with a class pack (5, 10, or 20 classes) or explore our monthly memberships for 4, 8, or 12 classes per month. Your instructor can also recommend whether group classes, semi-private training, or personal training is the best fit for your goals.
-
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled class. To cancel or reschedule, go to the confirmation email you received and click on “Change/Cancel Appointment” or email the studio at info@vibelounge.ca

Yes! Many of our clients do both. Group classes are great for consistency and community, while personal training gives you focused 1-on-1 attention for your specific goals. Ask us about our personal training intro offer if you're interested in both.
