Get your cardio done! Core Intervals is a high-energy class that combines core exercises with sprint intervals.
Build a strong core through every movement of the spine to improve posture and enhance stability.
The class ends with six 30-second sprints on your choice of cardio machine (bike, rower, or treadmill) to boost cardiovascular fitness, increase metabolism, and build endurance.
We recommend doing this workout once a week to support longevity and cardiovascular health.
