Please note: To book a semi-private session, please contact us to book the second person.
Did you already buy a package? Click on the trainer’s name of your choice, then choose a date and time. At checkout, click on “Redeem Package” and enter your email address to redeem credits. After booking the session, click on “Register for an account” to save time next time you book a class.

Absolutely. The technology we use adapts to your level of fitness. Every training session is personalized based on your fitness level, your goals, injuries, and other needs. We highly recommend booking a free consultation before you start training.

Vibe Lounge training sessions are one hour. We also offer 30-minute drop ins.

Results will vary depending on many factors. However, we usually start to feel and see results after 10 sessions on a consistent schedule.

The only extra charge is the EMS undergarment. It is mandatory if you want to train using EMS. You can buy your own for $50 or rent one for $5/session. GST applies.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, a session from your package will be used. To avoid losing a session, please provide written cancellation/reschedule notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or cancel online. All our services are prepaid. If you do not have prepaid sessions, we cannot reserve a time for you.

Absolutely. We offer programs for both pregnant and postpartum women.

Once you’ve established specific goals with your trainer, we will be tracking your progress in the Vibe Lounge app. To set goals, we recommend booking a free consultation.
