  • Abs & A** combines core-focused Pilates with targeted strength training to sculpt your abs and lift your glutes for a strong, defined silhouette.

    The class kicks off with mat Pilates to fire up your deep core and glute stabilizers, then moves into strategic strength training using ankle weights, cables, and resistance bands to build strength, shape, and endurance where it counts.
