  • Functional Bodybuilding is designed to help you look good and move well. This class combines the gains from bodybuilding with the benefits of functional strength training. Powered by technology.

    You can join up to 3 classes per week without doing the same workout twice. Since this class can accommodate up to 3 participants, modifications will be made ahead of time for injuries and limitations.

  • Each class starts with a warmup to activate your muscles for the workout ahead, followed by 2 circuits which will focus on the following:

    Day 1: Chest & Legs

    Day 2: Back & Hamstrings

    Day 3: Shoulders & Quads

    The class ends with two finishers: one for the upper body and one for the lower body.

  • Functional Building takes bodybuilding to the next level. Not only will you grow your muscles, but you will be able to move better.
