We book 30 minutes to allow time to put the suit on and off. You can rent or purchase an undergarment, which is mandatory to wear under the suit.

  • We recommend doing EMS training no more than 2x per week. A minimum of 48 hours is required between sessions.

  • For optimal results, we recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week for 5 consecutive weeks.

  • To do EMS training, you are required to wear an undergarment, which can be purchased for $50 + tax or rented for $5 + tax.
