Meet Melissa

Melissa is a mindful movement guide and somatic educator with 10 years of experience guiding bodies toward strength, ease, and intelligent alignment.

She specializes in pre/postnatal support, sport-specific conditioning, and mobility training, drawing from certifications in yoga, clinical and contemporary Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and trauma-informed care.

Her approach centers detailed, intentional work that helps students build deeper connection, refined alignment, and a more resilient mind–body relationship.
