As a Certified Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner, Stephanie blends evidence-based training with a deep understanding of the body. She holds a degree in Kinesiology and advanced certifications in Functional Movement and Precision Nutrition.

Her coaching style focuses on mobility, balance, strength, and sustainable nutrition. Whether you're just getting started or ready to take things to the next level, Stephanie’s approach is personalized, supportive, and designed to help you feel confident in your body.
