  • In Cardio & Abs, we combine heart-pounding cardiovascular exercises with targeted abdominal training to ensure a full-body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident.

  • Strengthening your core isn't just about getting those coveted six-pack abs. A strong core enhances your posture, stability, and overall functional fitness. Your trainer will guide you through an array of effective core exercises that target all aspects of your abdominal muscles.

  • The class crescendos with an exciting sprint session on the cardio machines. Four 30-second sprints, each separated by 90 seconds of active rest, will test your speed, power, and determination. This high-intensity finisher will leave you feeling accomplished and revitalized.

  • Welcome to Vibe Lounge small group coaching, where you'll get the personalized attention of personal training in a group setting of up to 4 people. This unique offering is perfect for those who crave the motivation and energy of a group workout, but still want the accountability and attention to form that comes with one-on-one coaching.

    Our expert trainers will guide you through every step of your fitness journey, tailoring each workout to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply improve your overall health, we'll help you get there.

    With small group coaching, you'll enjoy the benefits of:

  • The coaching sessions are one hour.

    Each exercise can be adapted to your fitness level. The technology used will always challenge you, but never beyond what you are capable of.

  • Results will vary depending on which class you sign up for. Make sure to read the description before booking.

  • Please refer to each class’ web page to see the schedule.

    For optimal results, we recommend choosing one class rather than doing various ones every week.

  • Get your first 3 classes for $59 here.

    Drop ins are $50. 5 classes are $225, 10 classes are $425, and 20 classes are $800. GST applies. Packages cannot be extended or "frozen". Please ensure you can use your sessions before the expiry date before purchasing a package. Packages cannot be shared or transferred.

  • Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, a session from your package will be used. To avoid losing a session, please provide written cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. All our services are prepaid. If you do not have prepaid sessions, we cannot reserve a time for you.
 You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@vibelounge.ca or texting the studio at 604-505-4246. Cancellations made through your trainer will not be accepted. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
