With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various areas, Kayden is a true master of his craft. He brings a unique approach to fitness, incorporating innovative methods such as GOATA (greatest of all time athletes) and the Weck Method, to help his clients achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential.
Kayden's love for fitness stems from his passion for sports. As a former professional athlete with the BC Lions and Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League, as well as a member of Team Canada in both bobsled and track and field, Kayden understands the importance of training and all the details throughout workouts and practice. His experience coaching young athletes in all sports has developed into training people from all backgrounds.
Kayden is passionate about helping his clients become physically and mentally greater. He is committed to ensuring that each client enjoys every moment of the training process while achieving their health and fitness dreams.

4 workouts per week
The program includes 4 weekly workouts with a specific goal each day. On Day 1, you’ll be explosive and mobile. On Day 2, you’ll work on strength and weak links. On Day 3, cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The goal of Day 4 is whole body movement and explosiveness.
