Our strength training sessions combine functional movement, weight training, and Pilates-inspired stability work to create a balanced, results-driven workout. We prioritize proper form, progressive overload, and consistency so you get stronger in a sustainable way. Every session is guided by an experienced trainer who adjusts movements to your level and goals.

There’s always something fun happening - from Pilates and Matcha events to Stephanie’s Movement and Nutrition series - and they’re often collaborating with small local businesses. They’re always evolving, too; they recently started offering reformer-only classes!

    I found Vibe Lounge this summer after my half-marathon when runner’s knee forced me to focus on strengthening my lower body.   • All levels are welcome — whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced mover, the class will be tailored to your needs.

  • Our Reformer classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 4 participants, so you get personalized attention from your instructor.

  • Grip socks are mandatory for safety and proper alignment. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio for $9.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled class. To cancel or reschedule, go to the confirmation email you received and click on “Change/Cancel Appointment” or email the studio at info@vibelounge.ca

  • Vibe Lounge is located at B1-111 1st Street East, North Vancouver, BC V7L1B2. You can find our front door in the back alley.
