about this class

  • Vibe Lounge Special is a program designed to get you in the best shape of your life.

    You can join up to 3 classes per week without doing the same workout twice. Since our classes can accommodate up to 4 participants, modifications will be made ahead of time for injuries and limitations.

  • Each class starts with a warmup to activate your muscles for the workout ahead, followed by a circuit of plyometrics.

    Then, 2 or 3 circuits of various strength training exercises and cardio.

    The class ends with a finisher, which can include a mix of strength and cardio and/or an abs circuit.

  • The Vibe Lounge special is a fun, yet challenging class that we created using various training techniques our team learned over the years. Those methods include GOATA movement, the Weck method, Functional Movement, Animal Flow, and more.

  • Strength training allows you to perform daily tasks such as carrying groceries and picking up your kids with ease.

    It also helps improve athletic performance in sports that require speed, power, and strength.

  • Strong muscles improve your posture.

    Keeping a good posture is important to avoid chronic pain and other issues such as headaches and low back pain.

  • Strength training helps improve the strength, range of motion, and mobility of your muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This can reinforce strength around major joints like your knees, hips, and ankles to provide additional protection against injury.

    It can also help correct muscular imbalances. For example, having a stronger core, hamstrings, and glutes takes the load off of your lower back during lifting, decreasing your risk of lower-back injuries.

  • It's really pretty simple: Strength training builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat- up to three times more, according to some estimates.

  • Small group coaching is very similar to personal training. We have 2 expert trainers in each class of 6 people.

    That means someone is checking your form and helping you modify if needed.

  • The coaching sessions are one-hour long.

    Each movement can be adapted to your fitness level. The technology will always challenge you, but never beyond what you are capable of.

  • Results will vary depending on which class you sign up for. Make sure to read the description before booking.

  • Absolutely. Depending on the class, your trainer might use ARX and Vitruvian, two machines that use adaptive resistance technology.

  • $45 for a drop-in, or $40/session for 5 sessions.
