  • Lindsey is a Registered Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, Pre/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist , and Pilates Instructor with a whole-person approach to movement and wellness. With a deep understanding of how the body changes through different life stages, she specializes in pre and postpartum health, back and lumbopelvic pain, and injury rehabilitation. Lindsey is passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies - whether they’re recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy, or simply looking to move and feel better.

  • This intimate 120-minute experience goes beyond traditional bodywork. You'll be guided through a curated sequence of myofascial release techniques using therapeutic tools and techniques and the breath. We'll systematically address every major fascial chain in the body, from the feet to skull, while weaving in somatic practices that teach your nervous system how to down regulate on command and you remind your muscles what ease feels like in your body.

    I train with Sandrine and also attend the small group classes. Sandrine and the other trainers are amazing! They’re experienced, attentive to form and safety, and bring such friendly, motivating energy to every session. The space is bright, clean, and equipped with high-tech machines.

    What really makes Vibe Lounge stand out is the sense of community. The trainers know everyone by name. There’s always something fun happening - from Pilates and Matcha events to Stephanie’s Movement and Nutrition series - and they’re often collaborating with small local businesses. They’re always evolving, too; they recently started offering reformer-only classes!

    I found Vibe Lounge this summer after my half-marathon when runner’s knee forced me to focus on strengthening my lower body. Six months later, I can confidently say that I no longer experience knee pain when I’m running! I always leave Vibe Lounge feeling strong, refreshed, and ready to take on my day!
