      Vibe lounge is the biggest hidden gem I’ve found in Vancouver yet. Starting with the facility - clean, organized, athletically pleasing and minimalistic effective workout machines. The staff - so friendly, so welcoming, and so knowledgeable. Arad and Sandrine are the perfect mix of professional, friendly, and motivating. I truly look forward to waking up and going to every workout. Highly recommend!

      Vibe Lounge is easily my favourite workout in Vancouver and on the North Shore! 
 I train with Sandrine and also attend the small group classes. Sandrine and the other trainers are amazing! They’re experienced, attentive to form and safety, and bring such friendly, motivating energy to every session. The space is bright, clean, and equipped with high-tech machines.
 What really makes Vibe Lounge stand out is the sense of community. The trainers know everyone by name. There’s always something fun happening - from Pilates and Matcha events to Stephanie’s Movement and Nutrition series - and they’re often collaborating with small local businesses. They’re always evolving, too; they recently started offering reformer-only classes!
 I found Vibe Lounge this summer after my half-marathon when runner’s knee forced me to focus on strengthening my lower body. Six months later, I can confidently say that I no longer experience knee pain when I’m running! I always leave Vibe Lounge feeling strong, refreshed, and ready to take on my day!
